Working within a mid-size technology company allowed me to wear many hats. I was a senior consultant on various projects acting as a developer, analyst and systems implementer for custom development. My work primarily involved the development of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for sales, call center and profession service teams. Transitioned customer call center to a new location, with outsourced staff, new processes and new tools.
