Responsible for financial planning and analysis support of the DPEP Technology & Digital, Segment Security, Environmental & Social Responsibility efforts, as well as, Finance Transformation.

Responsible for the development of a strategic roadmap around People, Process and Technology to transform the Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products Segment Finance Team to be ready for the next phase of the Digital Age.

I manage a team of 150 in Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury & Payment Processing, Tax, Business/Accounting Operations, and Financial Systems departments. I am the point of contact for financial development in Segment Planning and Corporate Treasury within Disney Enterprise. I foster and maintain relationships with JV Partner, key third party banking representatives, and various Chinese Government agencies and Tax Bureaus. I led and supervised financial policies and procedures in preparation for opening of Shanghai Disney Resort. I design and execute annual operating plan and annual capital plan, as well as, provide ongoing liquidity forecasts. My Key Contributions:- I built, trained, and coached a team of 50 qualified staff members pre-park opening and added on 100 staff post opening. - I created new financial departments and implemented financial processes to maximize productivity.- I led cost reductions and efficiencies across all lines of business resulting in millions of dollars saved over two years.- I co-facilitated a leadership trainings with professional Disney University trainer for internal professional development. - I directed Finance Storytelling training sessions on the importance of communication.

I provided leadership and oversight for Euro Disney Associes controllership team encompassing 270 staff members. I processed, analyzed, and published semester, and annual public financial reporting packages and statements. I led all IFRS and French GAAP accounting procedures, technical research, and position papers. I prepared corporate taxes, completed financial auditing, and supervised financial system project planning and implementation. I oversaw transactional accounting duties such as revenue recognition & reconciliation, accounts payables and receivables, fixed assets, and inventory. I managed processing for cash deposits and operations and ticket/product packaging operations.My Key Contributions:- I spearheaded the accounting for an equity and debt recapitalization project for Euro Disney Holding Company and Euro Disney Operating Company. - I co-managed a €2B debt refinancing and €1B Special Rights offering and Debt Conversion project for Euro Disney Group with The Walt Disney Company to ensure financial longevity.- I led millions of dollars in cost savings and efficiencies within the controllership function including streamlining accounts payable function through implementation of OCR technology.- I researched and developed a complex technical position paper for joint venture project with a key real estate partner.

I oversaw worldwide consolidation and reporting for all parks and resorts. I analyzed financial statements and utilized information internally for executive business planning and externally for filing with Securities & Exchange Commission. I reviewed and merged all segment cash flow financial planning. I researched, developed, and implemented technical accounting processes for US GAPP and IFRS accounting standards. I partnered with Segment Controller and provided strategic financial recommendations. I completed financial processing and general ledger, as well as, supported accounting units for Walt Disney World Resort, Disney Vacation Club, Disney Cruise Line, and Parks & Resorts segment administration. My Key Contributions:- I implemented cost rationalizations for Parks & Resorts Segment controllership organization, resulting in 20% head count cost savings.- I consolidated and reorganized 10-12 business units to create Parks & Resorts Segment Financial Reporting organization. - I provided technical consultation and accounting expertise on general ledger system implementation, as well as, U.S. GAAP and IFRS consolidation issues for Shanghai Disney Resort during pre-opening phase. - I served as Chief Content Architect and facilitator for Leader’s as Great Career Coaches training presentation for Disney Parks & Resorts staff.- I partnered with People Strategies Team to develop and implement several technical training tools as Co-Executive Finance Champion for Career Development Committee for Finance Organization. - I co-developed and administered bi-annual recruiting and training for Disney Parks & Resorts interns as Co-Executive Finance Champion for Internship Development Program. - I developed and organized a consolidated cash flow reporting process for Disney Parks & Resorts.
