Developed and supported the customer facing engagement model, metrics, measurements, training and recognition programs.CommunicationsDirected and supported creative development, execution and release of customer-facing collateral that drives business results. Established a Communications Systems with clear roles & responsibilities, scope of work, processes and priorities to conduct communications projects, interface with corporate groups and streamline communication workflow to effectively develop & release communications collateral that drives business results.

Scott D. MacDonaldAs the Corporate Finance Team Manager with UPS Customer Solutions, Scott is responsible for the planning, reporting and analysis of a $150M budget which spans 7 conjoining business units. Scott manages financial activities, controls, and communications across the regions. In this position, Scott provides financial guidance and support to the President, Vice President(s), and Directors. Scott, his wife, and 3 children reside outside of Buffalo, NY where he enjoys coaching travel softball & hockey, golfing, skiing, and Tae Kwon Do.
