Under Scott’s leadership, and now in its third generation of family ownership, Young’s has transitioned from a small local company into the progressive leader in food transportation while maintaining a sterling reputation for its customer service and family culture. Young’s partners with some of the most recognized food processing names in the country to handle the diverse needs of their harvest each year. Processing tomatoes, citrus, peppers, potatoes, carrots, wine grapes, and associated co-products all part of Young’s annual hauls. By applying concepts and ideas from other industries and focusing on growing leaders within his company, Scott has transformed how large scale ‘seasonal startup’ operations can be handled efficiently and with the highest safety standards for employees and customers.Scott helps his team and community plan, dream and envision the next step in their life, their business or their family.
