These individual building blocks have evolved into an easy to use template-based approach to get clients up and running within minutes during my tenure. I worked closely with our AI labs to find new and innovative ways to identify and cultivate community experts within your owned sites. I presented several sessions on the value of social during multiple Adobe Summit conferences in the US and in Europe.At Oracle I worked primarily with Oracle acquisition teams. I started out the first few years with an acquired team from Price Waterhouse, then 4 years with a team a 200+ person team out of Santa Monica, a few years with a combined Oracle/PeopleSoft/Siebel team, and lastly, a team from Hyperion. Each new team introduced me to a new culture and style of product management that I have been able to build my skills on. Worked on Mobile Applications Analytics & Collaboration and Data Integration for a Cloud-Based ERP product, and lead the development of a multi-dimensional profitability application for Oracle Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management.
