I define, articulate, and drive the strategic direction of Compliance Alliance, the only banking industry compliance resource that is owned, operated, and managed by 36 State Bankers Associations. In 2011, I developed the concept for Compliance Alliance. In collaboration with Texas Bankers Association, I implemented the business model, recruited a high-performing team, and built the company to its current presence in 49 states, as well as the District of Columbia. After developing the Compliance Alliance concept (today called Compliance Hub) and driving it to being the top bank compliance service in the banking industry, I developed the concept for Assurance Services in 2018 and in 2020, we added Virtual Partners.Through Compliance Hub we have a website with more than 2,000 comprehensive tools crafted to simplify legislation and reduce risk, along with a hotline offering immediate chat assistance to member banks. I am a passionate advocate for the banking industry, working closely with elected officials and regulators to convey legislative impact on the industry and in turn, the community.

I advised banks on operational impact of legislative regulations and serve as a registered Texas lobbyist, advocating on behalf of the banking industry. I consult with all TBA departments on legal/regulatory manners, providing advice and contract creation, review, and revision.I also represented TBA through management of TBA BankPac and speaking engagements at various schools, conferences, and events. I attended banker meetings across state and speak at pursuant gatherings, maintaining TBA’s longstanding reputation through service-oriented community relations.

I provided securities and shareholder litigation with a primary focus on securities class action defense of corporations.

Barnett Bank is now Bank of America. I managed and drove consumer growth, commercial/mortgage lending, deposit growth, and non-FDIC-insured products. I implemented public relations strategy, representing the bank in daily customer interactions, meetings with elected officials, and various community events.

I drove branch growth, managing all lending activities.
