- Responsible for managing a wide range of high value business issues associated with deal making both domestic and internationally, legacy liabilities and risk mitigation, and country exits in the U.S., South America, Central America and the Caribbean.- Led due diligence and implementation for a range of Downstream Portfolio transactions, including leading the environmental and related capital liabilities totaling ~$800 million for a joint venture dissolution. - Negotiated the companies largest Services, Utilities, Materials and Facilities contract renewal, worth $1.2 billion, across several North America and European Refinery and Chemicals complexes. Mitigated substantial operating risks and simplified the previous deal structure.- Successfully managed a demolition of a major refinery as well as terminals both international and domestic.|- Responsible for leading cross-functional teams to manage complex tax and legal issues related to country exits in the Americas.- Significant corporate responsibilities including as a Director of three Shell affiliates.

Responsible for negotiating and implementing the Retail strategic implementation of asset divestures in major US markets. Led a high performing cross functional team across the entire deal chain.

- Managed a large team that led Joint Venture formations in major U.S. markets.- Developed strategy, valuation estimates and opportunities.- Negotiated with third-parties including potential partners, commercial banks, and took on responsibility for staffing and training and negotiated banking agreements with major financial institutions. Led the negotiation for Shell's Retail department in the package sale of selected assets, including refinery disposals in California, a multi billion dollar deal also including a 650 million gallon per annum branded gasoline contract.

Identified, pursued and implemented new wholesale branded opportunities across the US. Implemented a new national agreement worth over $100 million for 300 million gallons per annum in sales. Awarded the Retail Executive Vice President Award of the Year for outstanding performance and value creation.
