I make things happen, I don’t stop even when it seems the goal is too far away, I’m honest, sometimes too honest, I always want to strive for the best! I have had the pleasure of learning from those around me and continue to learn on a daily basis which puts me in strong position when it comes to leading people. If it’s working with a colleague, customer or supplier that genuine feeling of “we’re in it together” is how I endeavour to get the best out of every situation.Being able to put myself in both the “customer” & “supplier” shoes has always helped me succeed in all of my roles. It’s amazing how different decisions are when you genuinely put yourself in the customers shoes and think “how would I feel about this” or “how would I react to this”.I deliver growth, I improve process, I make efficiency savings and I like everyone around me to enjoy work!
