While at Dell I worked on the critical path for multiple products, conducted research to drive both corporate strategy and product design, and was a member of multi-disciplinary teams creating Advanced Concepts critical to Dell’s future and to Dell's transformation into the leading provider of computing to the world. As an Ergonomics and Human Factors Lead with BC Research I led multi-phase field research and analysis for Canadian Coast Guard projects, spending summers on CCG Icebreakers in the Canadian Arctic and lead-authoring multiple Technical Reports for the Transportation Development Centre. I also led Ergonomics and Human Factors projects for Microsoft and the Insurance Corporation of BC (ICBC).
