Managed strategic sourcing, procurement, and inventory activity for the Westin Stamford/Hilton Stamford Hotel & Executive Conference Center:- Managed RFx and entire procurement process for IT, kitchen/capital equipment, FF&E, OS&E, facilities services, linens, marketing and promotional materials, and food & beverage categories. - Led capital budgeting & acquisition project for a property flag change including planning, acquisition, receiving, staging assistance, and payment tracking in time for Franchise License Agreement Deadlines.- Achieved 80% spend compliance minimum or above under the Avendra group purchasing program, maximizing spend rebates back to the company.- Managed and maintained property inventory levels, ensured proper PAR level adherence, and maintained a constant at or below budget food cost for the F&B procurement program.
