- Responsible for the successful project implementation of both hardware and application development in the areas of NetApp Storage, Cisco UC technologies, VM ware hosting, LAN/WAN networking technologies, and cloud based computing solutions- Utilize Software Development Life Cycle to implement application development projects.- Run an Agile Development strategy for all Software development projects- Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, performance standards within boundaries of company policy and contract specifications- Manage the process around software configuration, build, test, customer training and deployment including both business process design and technical components- Participate in the development and refinement of implementation tools and methodologies.- Initiate and maintain liaison relationship with customer and other contacts to facilitate smooth integration and installation of scope of work. - Work with cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of information technology- Accountable for on time, on budget project completion

Responsible for acting as a liaison with IT and all other internal/external business partners, specifically relating to information communication, information distribution, connectivity and production support as it pertains to the Consumer Lending & Mortgage Division as well as Customer Asset Management (CAM).This includes the creation of technology standards, which adhere to M&T Enterprise standards; divisional hardware/software procurement; server installations and maintenance; distributed computing architecture development; and development of Insider intranet
