Customer Operations Manager
Current- Develop and maintain a high level focus for the Service Policy and BCL functions for NSP-Wisconsin jurisdiction. Collaborate across Xcel Energy jurisdictions to determine roles and responsibilities of Service Policy.
- Achieve measurable outcomes in: training, compliance, financial impacts and customer satisfaction. Develop and present recommendations to upper management. As necessary, collaborate with external entities (PSCW, MPUC.
- Maintain understanding of internal department and customer needs for training and compliance support, and ensure resource allocation to meet these needs. Provide feedback and recommendations to other parts of company.
- Manage the selection, training, evaluation, and development of employees within Service Policy and BCL to assure optimum productivity, retention, and motivation. Responsible for the daily, weekly and monthly planning.
