Reported directly to the commander as a Squadron Production Superintendent and ensured the smooth operation and productivity of three separate aircraft maintenance units with over 600 personnel and aircraft valued over $3.3 B. Used PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Word to build presentations, track statistics, and developed reports to brief commanders.

Ran a flight of over 50 maintenance personnel at any given time. Oversaw; up-grade training, monthly certifications, mandatory appointments and scheduled three shifts to ensure enough coverage for a 24-hour day. Briefed unit leaders daily about the status of my section and plans to cover upcoming unit goals.

Reported directly to the commander as a Non-commissioned Officer in Charge of a Training Detachment, used Microsoft Office suite and STARS (Student Transcript Administration and Record System) to tract the professional development of over 50 instructors and hundreds of students at any given time. Managed 40 maintenance courses and all the additional duties required to run three government facilities. Enforced a zero-tolerance atmosphere, free of any and all discrimination and sexual assaults.

In charge of Air Force recruiting for 1,326 square miles of southern Maine along the New Hampshire border for 3 years. I controlled 14 High Schools, 2 Vocational Schools, 2 Junior Reserve Officer Training Courses, and a Community College. Met with local politicians and education officials; taught classes, performed speeches in auditoriums and graduations, set up information booths during job fairs, participated in local parades and festivals. Marketed the Air Force by appearing on radio interviews, newspapers and billboards. Interviewed hundreds of men and women to ensure the Air Force received the most qualified applicants.
