In this new part-time role I am responsible for ensuring the compliance of WSP as a subcontractor to various RTOs in NSW. During my time with this company I will be developing new contracts to ensure sustainability whilst developing their application to become an RTO.

Duties: • Management and coordination of accredited and non-accredited vocational training programs within South West and Western regions of Sydney.• Securing of revenue and producing financial reports• Coordination and development of training and assessment tools• Acting State Training Manager overseeing re-registration, policy and procedure, revenue sources and site compliance to AQTF and stakeholder requirements.• Supervision of subcontracting organisations, administration and training staff.Achievements:• Successful completion of the 2009/2010 APL Tender with the Department of Education and Training.• Selection on the organisation’s six person State Leadership Team.• Facilitated RTO re-registration audits with VETAB NSW, successfully completing without a single non-compliance.• Invited to State Parliament by former Minister of Western Sydney Diane Beamer to discuss the Corporate Partners for Change Program with state ministers.

Duties:• Development of Volunteer Drivers Transportation Course that aims to provide vocational training about cancer treatment and occupational health and safety requirements. • Research of biological and legislative materials• Discussion and negotiation with the Cancer Council about course requirements• Development of teaching plans, activities, assessments and competency checklists.Achievements:• Attended program pilot.• Program is currently being taught state-wide.

Duties: • Development of Educational CD Rom using PowerPoint to Deliver Certificate III in Fatigue Management.• Organisation of information according to course outline and organisation requirements.• Creation and production of CD Rom.Achievements:• CD Rom sold and used state-wide without errors or complaints.
