As a seasoned business and technology leader, his mandate as CEO was to establish strategic vision, build an inclusive performance-based culture, recruit and build a strong executive team, and deliver market-leading and sustainable growth.Within a year under Scott’s leadership, the company experienced 30%+ growth, enhanced its leadership team, and embraced a culture that positioned it for further growth and performance as a true leader in the mar-tech space.In March 2022, Gimbal | true[X] rebranded its corporate identity as Infillion, in response to accelerated growth and a refocus on its corporate vision to address the exponential expansion of e-commerce and digital media. The name change simplifies the brand’s exceptional ability to deliver value and convenience throughout the customer experience via the integration of its three components: its location-based technology product, Gimbal, providing data-driven digital experiences that connect people to places. its media portfolio, True[X], centered around advanced data solutions, especially CTV, and its programmatic suite, now called NeXt.

As a leader in the firm’s Digital Transformation & Strategy practice; he helped global enterprises transform their customer experience, build operational resilience, and achieve sustained growth in a digitally native world. Applied a rare combination of C-level operational and advisory experience; his collaborative style enabled him to help leaders and decision makers embrace digital-first operations, envision and syndicate a strategic transformation, and drive change.

In chairing numerous committees and recently the Board as a whole, Scott led the search for and onboarding of a new CEO. As a Board member of this leader in ad-tech / location data services, Scott contributed strategic insight to business growth, data cloud, technology, and product development in support of strengthening enterprise governance and helping to achieve sustained EBITA profitability. At retirement in early 2019, Scott was enterprise EVP, CTO, and Global Head of Technology. He led an $8 + Billion business unit with more than 30,000 global engineers, developers, and data and product management resources. During his tenure, he reimagined the global operating model to centralize, standardize, optimize, and modernize technology and product delivery while transforming the customer experience. This required a keen focus on streamlining operations—developing product, enhancing speed to market, digitizing operational functions, creating elastic infrastructure and delivery capabilities, and enabling remote work. Scott served earlier as the corporation’s global Head of Technology Infrastructure Services, Chief Information Officer – Wholesale & Investment Banking, and EVP & Head of Payment Strategies, and EVP Head of Strategic Alliances & Ventures.Scott served on the company’s Management Committee, Enterprise Technology Diversity & Inclusion Council (Chair), Enterprise Technology Governance Committee (Chair), Information Security Risk Committee, Enterprise Data Council and Enterprise Stakeholder Committee.

Joining as an initial Financial Services practitioner in Minneapolis, Scott was promoted from Senior Consultant to Partner in 3 ½ years. His leadership helped build the Minneapolis office into a recognized center of excellence in strategic transformation. Scott served in senior leadership roles in the Strategy and Financial Services Practice and was the Lead Client Service Partner for multiple Top 10 U.S. Banks, having built them to top-tier relationships.

Promoted to leadership roles overseeing Innovation, Technology Management, and FP&A / Management Reporting. Scott led the development and industry release for a market dominant customer profitability, sales management, and credit management technology platform.
