It included 62,000 square feet of entertainment and F&B offerings (60+ arcade games, 38 lanes of bowling and a stage for live music). Capacity at this venue reached 1,575. In my role I brought margin improvement in all operational areas. Restructured staffing in a post-covid environment that addressed a non-contact need of POS transactions. I rendered assistance in event and entertainment planning. Produced leadership scenarios to improve execution of the core management team and support personnel. Additionally, I developed and coordinated cohesive front and back of house teams to improve operational efficiencies and achieve common sales or service goals. Achieved bonus targets for each of the four quarters in 2022.

    Dion's Convenience Stores and Uptown Alley fall under the umbrella of companies for Uphoff Ventures LLC. After successfully returning Uptown Alley Surprise, AZ to profitability, I was asked by ownership to relocate to FL. and assist in the role of General Manager for their 12 Dion's Convenience Store chain. In this role I was tasked with restructuring the deli portion of the business at first. I provided a training platform that addressed preparation inconsistencies, profitability shortfalls and health-code mandates. This lead to an 8% improvement in food margins, industry compliance in overall food-safety regulations and reduced managerial turn-over. I oversaw exterior renovations of 10 stores and participated in the core team charged with the new flagship design of the Marathon FL location. I reported directly to Steve Uphoff, former CEO of Mid-Atlantic Convenience Store Company. Currently President of Uphoff Ventures, LLC.
