Scott's career began as an apprentice refrigeration mechanic, where he gained hands-on expertise in building and mechanical services, as well as HVAC. This practical knowledge, combined with his visionary leadership, led to him founding Specialized Controls Solutions Australia in 2004.Under Scott’s leadership, SCSA has established itself across leading property portfolio clients in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane; and most recently has expanded with the introduction of its newest division, ECO-MS, a specialist asset management firm. Scott’s global outlook, shaped by his passion for travel and cultural experiences, is a value he has passed on to his own adult children and this is something he has instilled within the culture of SCSA, fostering innovation, championing new ideas and empowering clients to reduce their environmental footprint.
