I serve as the first and primary point of contact for new and renewing member schools, lead and track the various processes involved in membership, and participate in the strategic review of membership policies and processes. My key responsibilities include:- Implementing and tracking membership recruitment campaigns- Identifying and tracking member and subscriber prospects- Managing all steps of the membership and subscription application process, including review, communication with school, invoice creation, and any necessary coordination with the accounting team- Managing process of welcoming and orienting new members, including hosting new member webinars- Responding directly to membership inquiries- Managing annual dues invoice process and annual termination process- Regularly evaluating and streamlining membership application and vetting process, as well as current membership and subscription packages- Managing annual outreach to members at key relationship points- Coordinating the NAIS Member Resource Center at NAIS Annual Conference and NAIS People of Color Conference
