Leads a 3-person team overseeing the Agency’s financial relationship with its largest global client, Microsoft, spanning over 55 markets worldwide and over $100m in revenue. Member of Global finance team for Microsoft account, responsible for building, maintaining, and delivering financial reports in partnership with agency leadership and clients. • Designed tools and optimized processes to service a centralized financial model. Used a combination of Excel based inputs that fed into an Azure cloud database to continuously monitor fluctuating local conditions and enable updates to client billing and reporting in near real time. Automated reconciliation and reporting processes.• Assess financial risks to agency as a result of FOREX and Inflationary fluctuations across markets. Work with clients to come to agreement on risk mitigation strategy and make internal recommendations to treasury on currency hedging strategies.• Used SQL to manipulate data and produce Power BI outputs for various levels of access across different stakeholders. Built and maintained all levels of data infrastructure including Excel inputs, SQL scripts, Power BI dashboards and Excel reports.• Developed process for managing centralized resourcing model across markets that included the flexibility to make real time adjustments to staffing as required. Worked with clients to expand process into a formalized tool used across vendors.
