Focus on increasing IT reputation within the organization as well as bringing the infrastructure up to date while keeping the spending well within budget. Oversee teams supporting 14 retail locations and multiple web sites across the country.* Implemented the use of iPads by all sales associates. Increased service to customers as well as reduced overall checkout time.* Created team as well as built three e-commerce Web Sites for multiple brands. Two of the brands increased business by $2M within the first year.* Negotiated new contracts to increase the speed and stability of the Network Infrastructure all while reducing the overall annual spend.* Implemented MDM application to manage all mobile devices for the company.* Worked through budget to reduce overall annual spend by $240K.* Created Walk Out Lead Capture process to get contact information for all consumers shopping at the retail locations.
