SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER - SMWDC (May 2021 - Present)• Responsible for contract program management at the Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Command (SMWDC) providing subject matter expert support to headquarters and division staffs. $20M+ contract that spans east and west coasts, four places of performance, and 26 personnel.• Senior Analyst for SMWDC Headquarters N8/N9 requirements, experimentation, and warfare assessments.• Develop Simulator Roadmap, POM issues, and surface warfare enterprise issues for senior leadership.SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER - CNSP and ATGPAC (Aug 2020 - May 2021)• Responsible for contract program management at Commander, Naval Surface Forces (CNSF) and Afloat Training Group Pacific (ATGPAC) providing training and analytic support. $15M+ contract that spans two commands, four places of performance, and 20 personnel.• Conducted training analysis in support of LVC training, LCS training alignment under ATGPAC, and mission areas reviews for senior leadership.

Branch Head for Officer Plans, Policy, and Oversight on staff of Deputy Chief of Naval Operations (MPTE) (N1). Responsible for development of officer accession, advancement, and retention plans; developing, managing, and updating policy; management of all force management tools; providing oversight of the officer communities; management, administration, and legislative initiative development for Navy officer plans and policy. Leads 6 officers and 1 civilian. Reports to and evaluated by to Navy (O-7) Director.

Led Surface Ship Combat Systems training on the west coast for U.S. Navy Surface Fleet at three distributed learning sites with over 275 instructors and associated support personnel and over 4500 students annually. Established resourcing priorities and maximized Surface Navy training investment through innovation and best enterprise behavior to accomplish the war fighting mission. Developed and implemented officer and enlisted operations and maintenance training strategies for new and legacy ship systems and platforms to include the opening of the state of the art, Littoral Combat Ship Training Facility (LTF).

Supported front office of four flag officers and senior executives in the largest division on the Navy staff with over 110 military and civilian personnel. Directed and integration the actions of 11 branches of analysts in a broad array of warfighting capabilities issues that informed Navy senior leadership on key budget decisions. Served as Sea Shield Branch Head responsible for Integrated Air Missile Defense, Anti-Submarine Warfare, Mine Warfare, and Force Protection assessments and analysis. Served as Manpower, Personnel, Training and Education (MPT&E) Branch Head leading ashore and afloat MPT&E assessments and analysis.

Responsible for the combat readiness and operations of a $1.3B ARLEIGH BURKE-class Aegis destroyer with a 260+ crew and an annual $1.5 million budget. Demonstrated inspirational leadership and team building by achieving the 2008 Battle Effectiveness Award as the best ship in Destroyer Squadron 24.
