About Scott Dundas

Scott is the Fund Manager of Charter Hall Retail REIT (formerly Macquarie Countrywide Trust). He started with the former Macquarie Countrywide Trust in 1998 and has held a number of positions within the fund over the last 19 years. He has been responsible for sourcing and implementing the majority of the REITs capital transactions in markets including Australia,New Zealand,United States of America and Europe including the recycling of capital back into the Australian market.Prior to joining Macquarie Bank,Scott was the State Real Estate Manager for Coles Supermarkets and Coles Myer in New South Wales and has held senior positions in a diverse range of property and banking organisations.He is a Barrister of the Supreme Court of New South Wales,a Registered Valuer and Licensed Real Estae Agent. He has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from University of Technology (Sydney),a Diploma in Valuation of Real Estate and is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
