The lines of business for this system included Accounting Control, Revenue, General Ledger, Budget, and Expense. This was developed using Cobol MicroFocus/DB2/CICS IBM Z/OS. -

The system was developed using COBOL II, IMS DB/DC, DB2 system. APO releases fabrication orders to the shop floor for manufacturing of aircraft (C-17 and MD-80). This system was used to manufacture the B2 - Stealth Bomber for the United States Air Force. Responsibilities include user interface, system analysis, relational database design, design specifications and requirements, programming, and implementation. Features of the paper-less factory include: On-line/real time work instructions, Interface to shop floor machine/ robots, ability to status and collect data on work in process, and screens to plan shop floor activities. The system development environment was an IBM Mainframe using a Teradata database -SQL/PL1/CICS/COBOL.
