25 years retail experience. 20 years with multi-unit experience building to 50+ locations and more than $40 million in annual sales. Full operational responsibility at all levels including full P&L responsibility. Experience in managing 600+ employees and 5 levels of management personnel. Excellent ability to analyze operations, create and implement policies and procedures to improve all aspects of business plan including but not limited to customer experience, employee loyalty and decreased turnover, improved revenues and profitability.
