Water Utility Operator for the City of Morro Bay, dealing with Water Treatment (T2), Water Distribution (D2), Wastewater Treatment (W2), and Wastewater Collections (C1).

Managed a lean six man, full service automotive repair shop. Day-to-day tasks included customer service via phone, email, or in person, as well as ordering parts, scheduling service, filing parts and labor warranties, ordering stock for service and office and janitorial needs, and a thorough daily cleaning of the shop.

As the Product Manager of all categories, I created product specifications, aided in product design and testing, ensured product handoffs to the supply chain, and aligned sales and marketing for product release. With a small team spread across three separate time zones, proactive communication was a must.

Managed all on-site content and team workflow for product releases, reviews, and blog, working directly with our photo, design, and programming teams to keep our website informative, user friendly, and up-to-date. Daily tasks included creating or updating product descriptions, and ensuring correct product organization.

Served as creative lead on a total packaging refresh, and was responsible for building a marketing and branding campaign for the Dynamo Dog® Dental Bones, which involved a shift from product-driven marketing to a more personal voice. Oversaw multiple product catalogs, including creative lead, photo directing, and print production.

Created content for social media and web, as well as print and web advertising. Developed campaigns to boost Facebook engagement (2k to 18k fans), and web traffic (~30%). Initiated brand realignment that included all-new packaging, website, and advertising. Designed and produced 2012 product catalog.
