Scott E. Danner - Mr. Danner was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2004. Mr. Danner has been a member of the American Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, Miami-Dade Defense Bar Association, Federalist Society, American Trial Lawyers Association, and the Miami-Dade and Broward County Bar Association. Mr. Danner has extensive jury trial experience participating in the defense of cases involving personal injury protection, slip and fall, premises liability, bodily injury, appellate practice and other civil matters. He has lectured and taught seminars regarding various aspects of insurance defense law, including the defense of minor impact accidents, PIP Insurance law, the containment of costs and attorney’s fees and Florida Statute 57.105.
