As the sole employee in a new office for an expanding company I wear several different hats. My main focus has been leading the effort to develop a project management strategy to improve efficiency and effectiveness of work during a reorganization, with existing projects in the queue. Since starting we have gone through a transition from no project strategy, to a system that allows us to track and work on anywhere from 30-60 active projects and maintenance programs simultaneously, with just a 10 person team.
