Mercer. Both Mr. Welch and Mr. Mercer were interested in the development of "hands-on, interactive, role-playing learning platforms". This prompted Scott to investigate the work of noted psychologist Dr. Jacob Moreno, a student of Sigmund Freud, who pioneered the 'Psychodramatic Effect', a method of interactive learning that integrates the modes of cognitive analysis with the dimensions of experiential and participatory involvement. Scott's initial programming produced extraordinary results, and he was soon supporting nearly every program offered at GE Crotonville and throughout General Electric.Word of Scott's work at GE began to spread around the world, and soon he was designing and delivering interactive programming for all industries and for all sectors. He then began designing and delivering programming for the United States Government, the Canadian Government, and for Human Rights Organizations in both the United States and Africa. Scott typically creates Leadership Theater Programs. Interactive Workshops, and Role-Playing Seminars that reflect specific organizational and/or institutional challenges as they apply to people at all levels. Scott also assists Leadership Development Teams in curriculum design and has assisted a number of CLO's in both short and long range mission planning. Scott's organization, Leadership Masters, has been the industry leader in non-traditional, high-impact, experiential, psychodramatic programming since 1987. Their specialties include inspiration, raising both organizational and individual status, increasing emotional intelligence, raising awareness of both organizational needs and human needs, developing mastery in communication, in conflict management, in team dynamics, in bold and transformative leadership, in ethical standards, and in positive workplace energy.
