Scott Eckardt is Sr., Director Critical Environments with Jones Lang LaSalle. Mr. Eckardt has oversight responsibility for Core Data Centers, managing relationships within assigned global-national accounts, critical operations and delivery of Firms expectations. Mr. Eckardt focus is on service delivery and strategic account management that drives value to the Client and Jones Lang LaSalle to meet their business needs and ultimately deliver value to its shareholders. Mr. Eckardt began his career with JLL in November 2000, bringing over 20 years of experience to the firm in both Mission Critical Data Centers and Real Estate operations. Prior to his current role with JLL, Mr. Eckardt had oversight responsibility for JPMorgan Chase core data center, managing relationships, critical operations and delivery of the account / Firms expectations of assigned Geographic Regions. Most recent, Mr. Eckardt had oversight responsibility for the critical data center operations for the Firm’s Northeast Geographic Regions. Mr. Eckardt started his career with JLL as Area Engineering Manager for the Northern Portfolio on the Bank of America Account. His role later expanded to include management of Global Critical Facilities responsible for International / Domestic focus on strategic guidance and leadership, planning and process compliance within Bank of America’s established Critical Environments. Mr. Eckardt held several positions as Western Regional Technical Manager and National Critical Facilities Manager for Jones Lang LaSalle on the Bank of America Account. Mr. Eckardt has over 40 years’ experience in Mission Critical Data Centers / Real Estate operations. Mr. Eckardt is a Six Sigma Green Belt, holds several professional credentials and is an active Board member of Jones Lang LaSalle's Critical Environments Management Group, serves on the CEM Global Board of Directors and participates in strategic initiatives each year for data center management conferences.
