I have over 20 years experience in the design and management of complex structural engineering projects in the UK and overseas and I'm experienced leading multi-disciplinary teams equivalent to 30 full-time people. In that time I have worked predominantly in the aviation sector but also in the higher education, schools, residential, hotels, commercial office and retail sectors to deliver new build and refurbishment projects with construction costs varying from £1m-£600m procured through PFI, design and build and traditional routes. My role has included significant work winning from repeat clients. I have a particular aptitude for the delivery of buildings on constrained urban sites or in live environments such as airports where phased delivery is vital to minimise the impact on the operation. I have proven leadership and organisational skills and am a member of the British Aviation Group and the British Council for Offices.
