Scott is a motivated and ambitious individual with a passion for sales and marketing in education. With an extensive history in the education field, bolstered by years of experience in sales and marketing, he is a driven Marketing Manager with the ability to conceptualise, implement and manage effective marketing strategies.Scott’s skillset has been fostered during 8 years at Varsity College, during which he rose through the ranks from Sports and Social Coordinator, to Student Advisor, to Vice Principal of Marketing. This last role saw him managing a team of student advisors, marketing assistance and the campus branch administrator with a view to developing and implementing strategic marketing strategies aimed at driving growth of the Westville Campus.After leaving Varsity College in 2015, Scott explored a variety of working environments, bringing his extensive knowledge to a wide range of industries while broadening his skillsets and gaining valuable experience. With his return to the education sector, Scott is excited to apply his expertise in new and innovative ways. As Marketing Manager at NewBridge College, he is responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring and managing strategic marketing business initiatives to drive growth and ensure a strong brand presence in the marketplace. He is further responsible for managing the recruitment, training, setting of objectives and performance monitoring for a team of sales representatives with the aim to successfully achieve sales target.
