Directs and coordinates full-scale wind tunnel tests at the National Full-Scale Aerodynamics Complex for the US Air Force as a Certified Test Director:• Leads diverse teams of engineers and technicians in test planning, execution, and data analysis, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.• Acts as the primary liaison with test customers, defining test requirements and objectives, schedule milestones, division of responsibilities, and test budget.• Conducts hazard analysis, develops mitigation plans, and oversees project safety and quality assurance.

• Led professional and social groups through teambuilding and developmental exercises• Focused on communication and collaborative problem solving to improve group dynamics and performance• Monitored safety while leading groups through high ropes obstacles

A large portion of my time was spent developing a wind tunnel extension that will allow for an analysis of honeycombs and their effectiveness as turbulence reducers. My other major project was computational fluid dynamic simulations of a vane set in the NFAC wind tunnel facility. This particular vane set is adjusted dependent on the mode of the tunnel. The analysis was to identify any cost effective ways to improve the flow in the tunnel. I also assisted on data analysis of a wind tunnel test that was run in the NFAC 80-by 120- foot wind tunnel in January 2014.

An eight week internship where I spent my time working with a team on a few projects. I assisted with constructing a model for a analysis in the NFAC wind tunnel located at Ames Research Center. I also did some data analysis of the 2008 Boeing SMART Rotor test, as well as assisted in the reasearch for third installment of Frank Harris’s book "Introduction to Autogyros, Helicopters, and other V/STOL Aircraft".
