Management of 60 personnel responsible for Maintenance/Motor pool, Construction/Renovation, Grounds, Environmental SVC, Security (armed) and Water treatment plant. Plan, direct, and continuously evaluate staff productivity, utilization and resource allocation for a 1400 plus acre Township.

Lenexa Ks

Oversight of $8M Operating/Capital/Utilities budget and forecasting. Management of 75 personnel for Maintenance, Grounds, Remodeling, Construction, Housekeeping/Laundry, Safety/Security. Plan, direct, and continuously evaluate staff productivity, utilization and resource allocation for a 96-acre campus with 1.5m sq.ft. of real estate. Participate and lead strategic planning and inter-departmental task forces. Provide conflict resolution on resident issues to maintain a 95% customer satisfaction rating.

Managerial oversight of a $1.4M O&M agreement for two Hospital campuses totaling 490,000 square feet and 176 beds. Specific accountability for plant operations, building and grounds and project management of over 50 capital improvement projects each year. Coordinated with internal and external resources for successful renovation of approx. 150,000 square feet.

Accountable for coordination and supervision of employees performing hospital maintenance functions, including maintenance of boilers, chillers, HVAC systems and electrical distribution. Assist in development and management of budget for Maintenance department; coordinate capital construction projects. Direct involvement with approximately 750,000 sq. ft of new/ remodel construction projects.

Responsible for the operation and maintenance of central steam plant and distribution lines supplying steam to all buildings at Andrew AFB. Granted top-level security because of highly restricted access to Presidential Air Force Base.
