I used my expertise in both design and leadership to deliver a large number of projects for a global financial services company including:* Redeveloping their online application form to better meet their multi-regulatory and multi-product needs in a manner that is as frictionless as possible enabling customers to begin trading as quickly as possible with minimal involvement from staff which also meant it was highly scalable. This project was delivered 6 months a head of schedule so that we could meet and major regulatory deadline.* Rebuilt the the payments platform from the ground up using a microservices based architecture that leverage containers and PaaS data stores on the Azure cloud to be able to meet the businesses growing need to offer a multitude of trading products in an ever growing list of local markets and thus an ever-growing list of local payment options to provide the customers with low cost, fast funding options to support their trading activities.* Setup an offshore team in Manila to support the design and quality requirements of the Technology Department which lead to an increase in capacity and a reduction in costs.
