•Leadership – Supervised a team of 5, consisting of 3 Optimization Senior Project Managers and 2 Auditors/Researchers•Optimization – The Senior Project Managers were responsible for working a large variety of integration projects that included resolving non-compliance activities with 3rd Party Vendors, moving customer’s off outdated equipment, and moving customers to a least cost-route to reduce Integra’s monthly expenses•Auditing – Responsible for auditing internal circuits, equipment and other physical inventory related to the company’s expenses to determine if the data/inventory was or wasn’t in line with the department and company policies•Forecasting – Provided Management and Executive Team with monthly forecasts by analyzing our projects and using time studies to determine the length of a project•Reporting – Pulled all progress reports every Monday by creating reports using Access Databases and Excel Spreadsheets•Facilitator – Led a weekly conference call to give a progress report on all Optimization Projects.
