Current• Completed consultant role as Chief Financial Officer for In House Hotels from March 2022 to July 2023• Completed consultant role as Senior Vice President of Finance for Ian Schrager Development and Public Hotels from September 2017 to January 2020• Completed consultant role as Asset Manager and Chief Financial Officer representing the ownership group of Palihouse West Hollywood from July 2018 to October 2021. Directed ownership group during the acquisition, financing and refinancing, operations and development, and successful sale of the hotel and condos. Oversight of all entities’ tax preparation and required external audits.• Assisted the Greystone Hotel ownership in Miami Beach with blitz opening before the January 2020 Super Bowl. Set up accounting system and created financial reporting. Recruited and hired a General Manager for the hotel• Recruited finance and accounting professionals using large network for hotel and restaurant groups• Co- founded and led New York Hospitality which has earned gross consulting revenues of $3.5M
