I recall one instance when myself and two other test engineers were struggling to find the root cause of an electrical issue on a vehicle. Scott came by and had it figured out in about fifteen minutes, allowing us to determine the necessary corrective action and get the problem sorted out. Scott is the type of guy who is willing to drop whatever he is doing to come and help a fellow team member out. Scott is trained in both engineering and business and is a great asset to the product development process. It is easy to be successful when you have someone like Scott on your team. Coming from a project management background myself, I was very impressed with Scott's high level of organization and up to the minute grasp on what was going on with his facilities, resources, and activities. Scott was the most organized manager in the CNH Burr Ridge test group. There were several instances when the test group received machines very late and had program milestones looming. In those situations, I worked collaboratively with Scott on a plan for completing the needed activities by the milestone deadlines. Scott and I never missed a program milestone during my tenure at CNH."
