I help facilitate an environment leading guests and members to deepen their relationship with Christ and Cottonwood Creek Baptist Church through the creation of First Impression and Guest Services Ministry Teams with over 200 team members and special event volunteer numbers reaching 1000+, and Easter Services averaging 5000-6000 in attendance in 2012-2018.As NextStep Minister, I coordinated monthly mission experiences and all mission trips with the Missions Pastor and leadership teams. These mission experiences ranged in size of impact involving at times less than 100 people, with the largest in-house event of over 2000 volunteers. 2017-2018.
