CurrentHired by the senior leadership to manage the daily operations of the facilities, equipment, and people at the 400 acres, 18 hole championship golf course in a gated community serving over 475 members.Achievements:● Transform the operational processes and standards to elevate the facilities and operations to ensure thedelivery of a first-class guest experience.● Hire, train, and manage 30 direct reports and project teams of 10 – 20 people in the daily operations.● Manage an average of 5 – 10 vendors in the delivery of equipment and supplies key to the business.● Develop project plans and lead the teams in the execution of operations projects supporting weekly specialevents for 50 – 200 attendees.● Provide a strategic perspective driving operations profitably while enabling high guest satisfaction. Responsibilities:● Analyze performance data, identify process or program improvements, and present recommendations.● Align resources continuously to support operations needs through seasonal demand fluctuations.● Counsel leaders in the full employee lifecycle from talent acquisition to performance management● Manage multiple operational projects at a time with varying budgets, complexity, and duration.● Serve as the leader of all human resources programs and policies with accountability for employee training.
