As a design manager my primary role is to manage a multidisciplinary design team in the production of project deliverable's on time, within budget and to a high quality standard. Key roles and skills include:- Managing the design process- Project planning- Quality assurance of project documentation to office standards- BIM management- Multi discipline co-ordination and management- Leading multi discipline project meetings- Client communication, including attending meetings, providing updates and reports.- Preparing proposals for new projects.- Managing the authority approval process
