Responsible for strategic development of GA-ASI business related to European region including the management and execution of ~$7M marketing portfolio. Led a 200 person team to design & implement operational training and talent management policy for the Air Force (Active, Guard and Reserve ~700k Airmen). Set strategic plans for development and innovation of training systems (simulators, flying ranges, space and cyber interoperability). Drove collaborative solutions & strategies for training objectives and infrastructure advances across cyber, space and aviation domains. (~$5B/yr portfolio)Designed performance-to-plan strategies for units to achieve requisite readiness and enforces accountability for performance. Developed readiness reporting business rules to most accurately evaluate Air Force units' status. Analyzed trends & information to achieve data-driven decisions.Oversaw the Air Force's flying hour program exceeding $7B. Member of the Air Force Council to determine Air Force investments and annual budget expenditures--over $300B in program decisions.

Principal operations commander to the 4-star NATO General. Directed military operations, training and exercises for over 30,000 NATO forces from the Black Sea to the Nordic nations. Co-led development/implementation of the landmark Enhanced Forward Brigades in Poland, Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania. As Senior US Military Officer in the Netherlands, worked collaboratively with the US Embassy to improve US international relations.

Led 75-member team of select experts. Directed Operational and Compliance inspections, and fielded HR complaints/whistle blower reports for all Active Duty and Air National Guard wings with mobility missions (airlift, aerial refueling, contingency response or aeromedical evacuation), encompassing over 150,000 Airmen.

Second in command of 2,500 member, Joint and Coalition Task Force charged with enhancing international relations and military professionalism with E. African nations. Responsibilities also included U.S. Special Operations support, US Embassy and port security, 3 geographically separated facilities with 2 airfields, and developing capabilities for Africa and Arabian Peninsula ops.

Supported the 4-star General commander by developing briefings and research on all aspects/issues relative to the Command's area of responsibility - Caribbean through Central/South America. Accompanied Commander on all trips and visits with Heads of State and Chiefs of militaries -- created issue-papers for Department of Defense and Department of State officials. In the HQ, worked to ensure collaborative, objective-reaching work environment for over 1700 members.

Led a Wing of 4,000 military and civilian Airmen, and 200 USN sailors, over $12B in capital assets, and a $15M operating budget. Directed daily executing and strategic planning for 2 airfields and the AF's 2d busiest aerial port (~50 trucks daily transloading in excess of 300 tons to commercial and military aircraft).Spearheaded transformation of McGuire AFB to the Joint Base including increasing Air Traffic Controllers’ certification rates by 20%, secured 30% more education/training opportunities & drove a 15% promotion rate gain.
