Consultant And Outside Counsel
Current● Counsel to a lender entering credit card lending for the first time and continue with Buy Now, Pay Later product, with all customer facing documentation, consultant to design team to modify internally created account management system to handle taking of applications, disclosures, monthly statements and account maintenance communications in compliance with various laws regulations including TILA, FCRA, AML, GLBA, BSA ECOA, and Regulations Z, E, B, V, W, Fair Lending and Privacy Laws. Review and approve scoring systems and credit policies.● Draft consumer credit card account agreements and disclosures, including approval of all marketing materials, scripts, telemarketing, and customer facing communications.for lenders new to this arena● Draft and negotiate contracts with 3rd parties, ESign agreements, Non-Disclosure agreements, vendor agreements, bank financing agreements. Referral agreements, User and Merchant agreements● Consultant to design team to modify internally created account management system to handle taking of applications, disclosures, monthly statements and account maintenance communications in compliance with various laws regulations including TILA, FCRA, AML, GLBA, BSA ECOA, and Regulations Z, E, B, H, W, Fair Lending and Privacy Laws.● Monitor existing and proposed regulation in the credit card and buy now pay later fields.
