Problem solving is an integral part of personal life and career. I am very passionate about understanding how things work and why they don't! This is what attracted me to a career in engineering and why I still find it fun and exciting. I am an engineering leader with experience in product development, team building, product improvement, project management, sales, and manufacturing. Whether it's things in my personal life such as vehicles, bicycles, guitars, items around the house, or in my professional life. I love understanding how products are made, the issues that exist making them, and working in a team environment to develop and implement technical solutions. I have worked in robotics, semiconductor, and food processing and packaging industries and have been fortunate to work for companies that directly connected me to customers. I have spent a lot of time in manufacturing plants working with customers to fully understand their needs. The solutions we have created together have helped them grow and I have enjoyed being part of their success.
