Scott Feltner is the Vice President of Internal Audit for Kohler Co. In this capacity he is responsible for directing all internal audits in the financial, compliance, operational and information systems areas of the Company. This includes the organization, development and management of the internal audit process and the liaison with internal management and the external auditors.Prior to joining Kohler Co., Scott was the Director of Corporate Audit for Iomega Corporation. Before that he spent 14 years with United Parcel Service where he worked in Operations, Finance & Accounting and Internal Audit.Scott has expertise in IT Audit, including the Audit and Control of large ERP implementations, particularly SAP and Oracle. He has been a featured speaker and published author on internal audit best practices. He also has expertise in Risk Assessment, Manufacturing Operations, Fraud Investigations, and Foreign Subsidiaries reviews. He is an expert in the use of data analytics to perform internal audits.Scott graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Economics. He has an MBA from the University of Phoenix. He is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a Six Sigma Green Belt. He is a past president and board member of the Milwaukee Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
