Within his 20 year career at Accenture, Scott has lead multiple financial start-ups and transitions in a fast-paced environment, managed offshore teams in India and Argentina, defined and documented financial processes, served as faculty at the global training location, and developed recruiting strategies to support rapid growth.After graduating from the University of Illinois with a degree in Finance, Scott began his career by starting and growing a $6M food packaging company, serving as Plant Manager, General Manager and Vice President - Finance. Scott currently spends his free time coaching his three sons in multiple sports.
