Continuous Improvement Leader, North America Vontier Business System Team
CurrentReporting to the Vice President of Business Transformation/VBS (Vontier Business System/Continuous Improvement), I am responsible for Planning, Coordinating, and Facilitating all Process Improvement/Kaizen Events for Finance, Marketing/Sales, North America Engineering, and the Factory/Operations teams. My focus is on building the continuous improvement culture (a.k.a. Vontier Business System) for these teams. From 2016 ~ 2019, I planned, coached, and facilitated over 100 Kaizen events and continue that effort into 2024. I also support our VBS Champions (tool experts) by providing training, coaching, and mentoring on their chosen continuous improvement tools.

From 2004 through 2009 I developed all materials and trained all six sigma green belt classes for the Corporate Education/Business and Industry Training department.
