We also assist clients with a wide array of corporate issues including structuring partnership and joint venture agreements, manufacturing and other commercial contracts and general corporate law.Having practiced law in a wide array of settings over the past 25 years - from in-house counsel for regional developers to partner in a large multi-state firm - I have found that I am best able to serve my clients in my small firm. I do this by combining my extensive experience in all areas of commercial real estate, on projects both big and small, with my belief that the backbone of any law practice is the relationship between attorney and client. This attitude allows us to provide the legal expertise clients expect from large firms while still delivering small-firm intimacy and cost-effectiveness.
