Starting at the age of 16, I was able to help fulfill the need of adult individuals to come together for the sake of personal growth and community. I continue to help lead this online community of about 200, registered members some from diverse backgrounds. about every other week we use an computer application to communicate voice to voice. I make a personal effort to greet everyone with personal interest. I value an atmosphere where people can remain civil, be hopeful and have a positive influence on the community. I value differing opinions. I want a tasks, jobs or projects to get done while keeping this atmosphere. within the aforementioned community. we sometimes have to decline or revoked membership to some people due to uncivil and sometimes vulgar attitudes and personal attacks.

  I offered fast-paced customer service focused on front end activities which included, but, not limited to:1. Bagging of groceries2. helping customers loading groceries into their vehicles3. Helping making sure that a constant supply of carts were in the location's foyers. * There was a freedom to Supply carts from the parking lot, and how we saw fit, however, there were limitations.- Time spent on each foyer must be equal per person, per hour spent outside. - There is an expected rate of cart for able bodied individuals. * My approach to this involved a data analysis and optimization. This done was outside of work hours and certainly outside of the listed minimum, entry level duties.I include utility clerk in this listing as it was quite temporary, lasting only to find another hire.
