Scott knew that the hospitality field was for him, when he accompanied his father one day many years ago to work and was entrusted to carry the “brick” of a walkie-talkie around the event facilities! Since those early years, Scott to demonstrate his love of the industry.Now based in Houston, Texas, Scott has had the opportunity to work in many of the Marriott Brands to include: The Ritz-Carlton, JW Marriott, Renaissance, and Marriott. Scott's experience is just as diversified. He has worked in Sales, Event Management, Event Operations, Restaurant Operations and the Front Desk. Scott has a proven track record of success in each role that he has ever taken in his career. From growing sales revenues, to increasing employee engagement results, to driving Gallup meeting planner satisfaction he is driven and goal oriented. He is known for developing his staff and creating incredible guest experiences. When Scott disconnects you are likely to find him in the kitchen, cooking and curating the next special meal for his family. Scott is also an avid runner and enjoys the outdoors. Scott loves to spend time with his family, relaxing by playing piano and staying heavily involved in his faith.
