In this role, I am committed to delivering exceptional customer service and supporting seamless transitions from ordering through to receiving their order. My role allows members and guests to enjoy a memorable experience in a safe, welcoming and efficient environment.Key Responsibilities: Order Taking: Accurately taking and relaying food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff ensuring that if a customer has an allergy this is communicated and understood so everyone can dine safely. Drink preparation: Assist in preparing and serving various drinks including tea, coffee, soft drinks, shakes, smoothies and alcoholCleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all service areas, adhering to health and safety regulations and where an allergy order is present, this is conducted in a safe, separate environment to prevent cross contamination with allergens. Team Collaboration: Working closely with FOH and BOH staff during busy periods in our clubroom to ensure efficient and timely delivery of orders
